notes: juniper, lavender, white grape sparkle

ingredients:

- 1 oz (30 ml) gin

- 0.5 oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice

- 0.5 oz (15 ml) lavender simple syrup

- 3 oz (90 ml) champagne

-ice cubes

- lemon twist for garnish

instructions:

1. fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

2. add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

3. shake well until chilled.

4. strain into a champagne flute.

5. top with champagne - be generous. 

6. garnish with a lemon twist.
