ESPRESSO MARTINI IN GUSTAVIA

notes: rhum agricole, tahitian vanilla, espresso
ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) vanilla rhum agricole
- 1 oz (30 ml) freshly brewed espresso
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) coffee liqueur
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- ice cubes
- 3 coffee beans for garnish (it absolutely must be three)
instructions:
1. fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. put a nick and nora glass in the freezer.
2. add rhum agricole, espresso, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup.
3. shake vigorously until freezing cold and foamy.
4. strain into your chilled glass.
5. garnish with exactly three coffee beans.
7.5 oz hygienic tempered glass vessel, to be reused as a cocktail glass after.
